Superb, absolute must-own collection of music from the British comedy movies - most of which were big-screen spin-offs of popular British tv sitcoms - produced by Hammer from the 1960s to 1980. Featuring music by the legendary likes of Ron Grainer, Denis King, Albert Elms, Les Reed, David Whitaker, David Lindup and Geoff Unwin, amongst others. Top treats include the full theme music and incidental stuff from the On The Buses movie trilogy (my personal favourites) and the storming disco classic that is the theme song to the movie version of Rising Damp! The Hammer Comedy Film Music Collection is absolutely excellent and a must-own for collectors of cult classic soundtrack and library music.
