Here we have Daininjutsu eiga Watari aka Watari The Ninja Boy - an absolutely brilliant kids' fantasy-action-adventure movie from 60s' Japan.
The plot: A young boy takes on an army of evil ninjas in this, the first of two fantasy films based on the comic strip "Watari." Realism is thrown out of the window in favor of whimsical magic and non-stop action. Loaded with visual effects, the film features some unusual camerawork for its time, echoing its manga birth.
Loaded with great imagination and cool special effects for it's time - Watari puts a lot of modern so-called kids' films to shame. This is totally superb, cult stuff.
