In A Packed Programme Tonight...The Best of The Two Ronnies (Marks & Spencer release)

From 1986, here we have a very rare video release of Britain's finest The Two Ronnies from none other than Marks & Spencer's St Michael Video Library label in conjunction with BBC Video. This is a brilliant, must-own video for any Two Ronnies fans out there and features at least three of my all-time favourite sketches/performances. Most of the stuff on here has not been released on dvd as of yet. Classic sketches and performances on here include, amongst others: The rich Arab's shopping list ("Cho-collity Mouse"!), the charmingly daft country bumpkins ("Fatheads Revisited"), The Two-Man One-Man Band, Bert & Charlie's pub chat ("You Can Say That Again"), "In The Mood", Grand High Wizard, the Professionals-George Smiley crossover Tinker Tailor Smiley Doyle and, of course, Barker's clever wordplay shenanigans ("Pismonouncers Unanimous"!) and Corbett's regular classic "in the chair" monologue. Classic, good old entertainment at it's absolute best.

"It's wonderful to be back, isn't it Ronnie?"
"No - it's a bleedin' pain in the arse, quite frankly."
"I snore so loud that I wake myself up. But I've solved it now - I sleep in the next room!"
"And the producer said... Ronnie, he said..."
Britpop's finest: The Two-Man One-Man Band!"I first met Dick down The Dirty Duck, didn't I Dick?" "Yeeeeahhhhh!"
"I want tomma-toe purry!"
